Curious Wren
Today I met one of the most curious birds in the kingdom – a Carolina Wren. He checked out everything on the deck and was super busy. Maybe because he is new to the neighborhood.
What a joy to watch through the snow and Christmas tree reflections in the window. I really hope he stays.

Challenge: grey sky and a fast moving subject.
Using a high ISO and a low aperture, I played with the shutter speed to find the right mix of wing movement and sharpness. The high ISO means these will never be able to be enlarged, but they turned out adorable anyway!
